FT Nanny/House Manager Needed for Four Children in Winnetka, to begin as soon as possible
FT House Manager/Nanny Needed for Four Children in Winnetka, to begin as soon as possible.
Four children, all in school full time.
Schedule will be Sunday through Thursday, 32 hours per week.; Summer schedule may vary from school year schedule.
Salary commensurate with experience, but $55,000 and up. Paid holidays and vacation.
If nanny desires live in, a separate bedroom and bath could be provided.
Nanny should have extensive, verifiable experience as a nanny manager, and be extremely organized. Executive functioning skills, yet nurturing and able to form a close bond with all four children. Active and fit and able to keep up with the demands of a busy household. Calm and able to manage under the pressure of a busy family. Discrete. An education background is ideal to help with homework.
Nanny should drive and have a safe driving record. For the right applicant, use of the family car could be provided for on the job responsibilities. Parking is available for the nanny's car.
Responsibilities include picking the children up from school and accompanying them to their after school activities. Help to supervise homework and piano practice.
Additional responsibilities include managing the family calendar; menu planning for the family and grocery shopping; keeping household clean and organized; handling after school activities and play dates. Running errands. Nanny should be extremely proactive and willing to pitch in to help the family.
