Full-Time Nanny Manager – Oak Brook, IL

A warm and welcoming Oak Brook family is seeking an experienced, career Nanny Manager to join their household and provide loving, reliable care for their children. This is a full-time role ideal for a confident, organized, and nurturing professional who enjoys supporting a busy household while keeping primary focus on the youngest two children.

Position Details

• Location: Oak Brook, IL
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM- flexibility for evening help some days.
• Compensation: $30-$35/hr (DOE)
• Benefits: Guaranteed 40 hours + PTO
• Start Date: ASAP
• Children: Primary care for 2 children at home (ages 3 years and 1 year)
  • Older children are in full-time school or camps all year; occasional support needed
• Pets: One small dog (no care required)

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, developmentally appropriate care for the 1-year-old and 3-year-old
• Plan engaging activities that support growth, learning, and daily routines
• Prepare lunch and light meals for children.
• Diaper changes and support potty training in a positive, consistent, and developmentally appropriate manner
• Transport older children to after-school activities.
• Run child- and family-related errands, such as returns and light pickups
• Organize children’s shoes, clothing, and belongings, including seasonal rotation and sizing as children outgrow items
• Organize pantry and children’s closets during nap times
• Maintain order and structure in children’s spaces in coordination with the live-in housekeeper
• Communicate clearly and collaboratively with parents

• Loving, patient, and trustworthy with excellent judgment
• Highly organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic household environment
• Comfortable with a parent present in and out throughout the day
• Strong driving history and a reliable personal vehicle
