PT Nanny Manager Needed for Three Children in Lincoln Park to begin as soon as possible - JC 1157
Three children, all school age.
Monday through Saturday, 25 - 35 hours per week, depending on the needs of the ideal applicant. Hours will generally fall between 2 p.m.- 8 p.m. Saturdays: 8am - 1pm. Flexibility is required.
$22-$24+/hour. Paid vacation, holidays and sick/personal days.
Nanny must drive. A car is provided for on the job responsibilities.
One parent is in and out of the home, and there are other staff in the household. Nanny should be comfortable with this arrangement, and be able to work well with others.
The ideal candidate has extensive verifiable experience in a similar role. Prompt; dependable; reliable.
Much of the job consists of driving the children to and from school and various activities, so good driving is a must--and preferably a knowledge of downtown Chicago.
Happy, energetic, organized, loving. Hard work; proactive, with an eye for detail and strong organizational skills. Be able to multi task; see what needs to be done and pitch in to help. Active and able to keep up with a busy family. Ability to coordinate with others.
Responsibilities include picking up children from school; drive to their activities; help with homework and projects; helping to keep school/activities' schedule organized and be able to help provide any supplies needed for same. Meal and snack prep and clean up.
Additional responsibilities include light housekeeping and helping to keep the home tidy and organized.
